At The Pawn Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied due to product not matching the description, effective or damaged, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, please contact us using the live chat widget on the website and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. If order was placed as COD, when the courier is picking up the item, refund will take place.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us using the live chat widget on the website within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund once we receive the defective or damaged product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged by the customer. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for personalized or customized products unless they are defective or damaged.
